Продавая недвижимость в »Mārupe» я все чаще и чаще слышу от покупателей про Rail Baltica. Данный проект навел большую шумиху у желающих приобрести недвижимость в данном районе. Еще год назад была информация, что линия данного проекта пройдет сквозь Марупе и Риги, но реальная ( утвержденная ) карта дороги появилась пару месяцев назад.
И вот что мне удалось выяснить, жители Марупе могут спать спокойно, так как линия Rail Baltica, которая пойдет к аэропорту, будет построена по внешней стороне района.

Напомню что Rail Baltica пройдет от границы с Эстонией через Салацгривский, Лимбажский, Сейский, Инчукалнский, Ропажский, Гаркалнский, Стропиньский, Саласпилсский края, через Ригу — и по Марупскому, Олайнскому, Кекавскому, Балдонскому, Иецавскому, краю до литовской границы.
